Due to ongoing issues in the Middle East the Halo Application has seen an increase in error rates and a drop in overall availability for short periods for applications hosted in the AE region. We're continuing to closely monitor the situation.

We have confirmed that the issues currently affecting the ME-Central hosted zone within AWS will be impacting the service for Halo tenants hosted within the AE region. We are currently investigating possible mitigation and recovery methods, updates to follow

Two availability zones in the me-central-1 region have been affected, which continues to impact all Halo tenants in the AE region. Our team is actively working through alternative recovery approaches to restore services as quickly and safely as possible, and we will continue to share updates as progress is made.

Deployments in the specified environment are now underway. Customers can contact their CSM to request specific region deployment. Migration of attachments and images has also started to ensure accessibility, now that the data center where they are stored has API connectivity.

RESOLVED

We're actively moving data out of this region by request as suggested by AWS, our primary hosting provider for the Halo-AE hosted region. All services hosted by Halo in the affected regions have been disabled. We have attempted to make contact with all customers in this region to migrate their data to another Halo hosted zone.
