INVESTIGATING

We are aware of issues affecting the hosted Halo solution and are currently investigating. Updates will follow shortly once we have more information. The incident looks to be affecting customers on the eu5 database group only.

MONITORING

A CPU issue was found on the eu5 database group, a fix has been applied to the affected server and response times have returned back to acceptable levels.
