The incident was resolved following identification of a small number of tenants exceeding fair use following a significant spike in CPU load. This was addressed through tighter controls on affected endpoints and tenants.

The incident was resolved following identification of a resourcing issue following a significant spike in CPU load. This was addressed through provisioning of additional resource where standard operation was restored. An RCA will be made available for this incident in 2 weeks.
